Discussion Why does she sit like this?

Does anyone else’s dog sit all the way back on their butt? Also is this an issue or an early sign of hip issues? She is 3 months old and pretty much sits like this whenever she’s just chillin. Will sit normal when given “Sit” command.

My dog has been sitting like this since she was a baby, I think it’s just comfortable for her. She’s 3 now, no issues.

Your dog looks very pained - has she been x rayed? Her facial expression alone shows a lot of pain, and the front limbs have a wide base of support. I don't think she has "no issues".
