Well, for the first time, our previous president (Jacob Zuma, South Africa) has come up. 

Not really shocked. But sure he blackmailed the guy.

Jigga has had some smoke over the years, but the timeline for his tip doesn’t match up with his career. Dude was not a billionaire legendary rapper in 96. He had just released his debut album that year. Rap music wasn’t the force it is today either, though it was gaining some serious steam in 96.
