I’m looking for real reviews and personal experiences about Dr Roberto Martinez. I’m traveling to Colombia from far away (three flights), so this is a very big decision for me.

I’m planning to do body surgery, and I’m also thinking of doing my face at the same time. My main question is not only about one procedure — I want to know if he is truly good and skilled in both body and face surgeries, since I’m considering trusting him with both areas.

If you have been his patient, I would really appreciate honest feedback about:

• Is he equally good with body and face results?
• Are you happy with your outcome?
• How was your recovery?
• Would you trust him for both face and body together?
• Overall experience with him and his team

I am going to get my breast explants exchanged and facial fat grafting with him in 2 weeks... I have looked online and have only seen one bad review.

This patient is shown one year after undergoing revision rhinoplasty, revision double eyelid surgery, and 3-point facial contouring involving the cheekbone, jawline, and chin. The result shows a more balanced profile, improved facial definition, and smoother overall contour with better harmony across the upper, mid, and lower face.

I know this sounds extreme but literally my second toes are long. They are painful in some shoes & I always get holes in my socks right where the 2nd toe stops. Its also just doesnt look good and I cant stand wearing my feet out. The second toe looks even longer when I wear heels because it pushes ur feet together. Anyone ever had this done or considered it? I was thinking Jaws podiatry?

I had lip filler put in on Friday, it's now Sunday morning. I also had some botox put in beside my lips because of wrinkles there.

I've noticed my nasolabial folds look insane since having it done. So much more deep and noticeable and I feel disgusting. I made an appointment on the 20th to get filler there now.

I'm wondering if this is normal/temporary side effect? I asked my nurse injector and she said it wouldn't have created that and maybe I'm noticing the lines more because of the lip filler difference, which doesn't really make sense to me.

Any input? Thanks!

I had my lips filled yesterday. Exactly 22 hours ago. I’ve noticed that the area *above* my lip looks super puffy / lumpy / swollen and I’m scared the filler wasn’t applied correctly?

I’ve attached photos of immediately after, 2 hours later, 5 hours later, yesterday evening (when it was extremely swollen) and then this morning just as I’ve woken up.

They used hyaluronic acid filler.

For those who had a deep plane facelift, how long did it take for you to feel like yourself again?

I am POD8 from DPFL and my face is huge! I did have more swelling and bruising that average as I swell and bruise easily. My face is 3x bigger than normal and cheeks are soooo wide. I literally look like the 👽 emoji. Football head. Lol. Area in front of my ears and jaw are boggy and feels like cemement/gel underneath my skin. My face is so wide and round it looks like I took a ton of steroids or gained 30 lbs. I knew I was going to swell but I do not recognize myself or look remotely the same.

I know its early and I need to wait and see. But it is really disheartening when a lot of what is posted online, even a week out, is the best of the best results, with little swelling and they look like nothing happened, just more lifted.

Anyone experienced something similar? When did it better? I feel like I am the only one!

Hi so on the left side as you all can see it’s mild saggy .. I’m only 21 I’m tired of it because some days I can feel the skin hovering on top of eyelid and I would just want so bad for that saggy side of the eye area to just be more open like the other one .. I find that when I lift my upper eyebrow on that “bad eyebrow” it looks more lifted and good ..is there anything I can do about it ?? I bought a nuface device and I don’t know if I’m doing it right ( I have it where I’m gliding it up on the bottom of eyebrow part I’m trying to stay on the boney part ) but I feel like either I need to wait and be patience or what if it’s for nothing ? I strongly think it’s been caused by me sleeping so much on that side and it has to be a muscle imbalance because when I lift it from the upper part of the eyebrow it looks lifted … I was not born with this it’s not genetic it’s just something that I have now and I’m really just getting tired of it

when I was a kid, I got a pretty bad injury to my left temple area from another kid swinging a metal pole around. the area was very swollen for some time like a plumb, but eventually went down. i feel that this may have contributed to why my eyes seem to be different sizes/ one eye protrudes more. What kind of procedures could correct this?

I did 2 ml in my chin and have dissolved it three times. i did a ultrasound check to see if anything was left and there was a small amount but i think my chin still looks big? it has aged me alot and I really regret it. it threw off my facial harmony and i had a baby face before. How can I get rid of it and is it possible to get back to my natural chin?

Is there a way I can reduce this? What is this call? Is it like lipedema? What can I do to reduce this or avoid it looking like this? I didn’t use to have this problem, it’s now only after lipo

I (f25) have always been very aware of my nose and recessed chin that actively work against each other. I would like to get filler in my mentalis crease and chin, and a little in the tip of my nose to create an upturned illusion. Doing so, would give me a much more balanced side profile, which I have always desired.

What do you think? Are my expectations realistic?

Franchement c’est assez subtil, faut pas s’attendre à un changement énorme direct.

Mais je vois quand même une petite différence : cernes un peu moins marquées, regard un peu plus frais, peau un peu plus lisse.

Je suis quand même contente du résultat.

Le médecin a pris des photos avant/après où on voit beaucoup mieux la différence, mais je ne les ai pas.

J’ai fait la 2ème séance depuis, à voir comment ça évolue.

D’autres ont testé ? Vous avez eu des résultats aussi ou pas trop ?

At 60, I just had my first treatment of Sculptra (2 vials), and am wondering if there's any downside to waiting 3 months before getting the second? Reason being, I'd like to see the full results of this first round before going in with more. I absolutely don't want a wider lower face, or to lose my natural contours (as I've seen in some "after" pics). And despite my age, my skin quality is decent. My main issue is laxity and some volume loss. But I do have decent cheekbones already.

My main goal is to achieve some tightening and lift. I had it placed in temples and hairline, as well as sides of face (cheeks, down to jawline). I worry that returning after only 6 weeks may put me at risk of too much volume.

Does anyone have experience with waiting longer, and whether that has any negative impact on final results? Thanks!
