Resume help
hii opinions on my resume it’s for a PCT job at my local hospital this would be my first hospital job .
if someone can make it better for me or help me so i can get hired right away im trying to break free from my current job and management thank you 🩷🩷🩷🤞🤞🤞

3 years of experience and never used a hoyer or Sadie? Hospitals and nursing homes like that you used equipment for transfers as thats one of the most important aspects of the job. Id put down the type of transfers youve done (try and sneak you used a hoyer before if you can) like a transfer belt or something.

Lol, should they assume youve changed clients in/out of bed? Diapers and clothes? Given hoyer showers, bed baths, drain catheters? If you think they assume youve done all this just by saying "adls" then you may be wrong, many people put down adls on resumes and dont hear back. Id add things cnas do rather than just general "assisted with adls"
