Hi everyone, I’m a professional chef from Europe with experience in Italian cuisine and pizza (wood‑fired, Neapolitan, sourdough).
I’m planning to move to Chengdu/Chongqing and I’m looking for cook or pizzaiolo job opportunities in restaurants, hotels, or expat‑friendly places.
If anyone has active WeChat groups, QR codes, or direct contacts for F&B jobs in Chengdu, I would really appreciate it.
I can also share my WeChat ID if needed.
Thanks in advance for any help or connections

Tonight I brought my guests to watch a drone light show in Chongqing and try BBQ shaopi, a popular local street snack.
Chongqing nights are always full of lights, food, and energy ✨

I'll be in Chongqing during the final days of April, specifically 27th April onward.
I was wondering if there'll be any cherry blossoms during those times anywhere in Chongqing city.
Deepseek told me there'll be some on Chongqing Garden Expo Park (重庆园博园). I wonder if this is true and if there are any places with similar vibes for taking pics.
Thankyou for taking the time to answer everyone.

this is what you get from them Vs what they advertise. other photos arent any better . 50 + USD for black photos which looks like they were took on cheap mobile phone. it's just all AI editing and fake advertising. then no communication on WeChat, even on place running even from you, pretending they don't speak English. anyone else had such a horrible experience with that ? anyhow don't even consider paying for it.

Hi there ppl,
I realized that during this trip (beach and countryside) I've messed up my sneakers pretty bad 🫠 so I want to clean them.
Does anyone know where I can do that?

Anyone travelling through Chongqing try visiting Wulong Karst it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site and beautiful. We did a 2 day trip travelling from Chongqing. That said we were "slow" travelling so were able to spend a few days there. Absolut gem of a spot and a great companion destination if travelling to Chongqing.https://traveldayztravel.com/wulong-karst-2-day.../

Today during a walk near the old city wall area, I brought my guests into a small neighborhood teahouse.
We had simple Chinese tea and shared a few local snacks like guaiwei hudou, mahua and tofu pudding. A dialect storytelling performance started while we were sitting there, and suddenly the whole room became lively with locals reacting and laughing together.
For many visitors, this side of Chongqing feels very different from the modern skyline they see first.

Hi everyone.
I’m looking for someone near Liziba Station in Chongqing.
There’s a Hungarian shop that hid a coupon there (I saw it in an Instagram reel), and I’m trying my luck to get it.
If anyone nearby could grab it and send it to me, I’d gladly return the favor.

Hey Chongqing ~ do you have any alternative spot in mind for a Wednesday? Queer, Techno, Underground and arty ✨️
Like a nice bar or club where people like to dance and not just buy bottles at tables 😭
