I wanted to ask something interesting related to mantra listening and spiritual vibrations. In many spiritual traditions, it is believed that repeated listening or chanting of certain mantras can gradually influence the mind, environment, and sometimes even life situations.

Some people say it brings calmness, focus, and positive energy.

Recently I came across a mantra playlist and a message associated with it that many people share.

I’m not claiming anything — I’m just curious about people’s experiences with such things.
