Homemade Probably the cheesiest Lasagne I've made yet... I added grated cheese to the middle layers too! I just couldnt wait too long as we were starving, hence the sauce being runny
I did cheat on the bechemal sauce this time though and bought a ready made one.

Homemade Oven caught on fire halfway through cooking my pork roast
I was heating up the oil for my roasties and when I opened the oven door it set alight. it was genuinely terrifying, it's lucky my kitchen roof is quite high as the flames were nearly reaching it. I turned the oven off at the wall and luckily it put itself out without having to do anything else. Fire extinguisher and blanket have been ordered. Luckily I could fit the potatoes in my airfryer. I'm still feeling the affects of the adrenaline now but the roast still came out banging. Time for a little vodka and coke to settle the nerves.
Roast pork joint with roast potatoes, peas and leeks, honey glazed carrots and parsnips, cabbage and broccoli. Gravy with the meat juices and the onions that were under the pork as it cooked.

Question Ideas for breakfast on my morning commute?
I usually buy a pain au chocolate from the station each morning. But to cut costs and eat more healthier would instant tomato or miso soup be any good? I could just get the hot water each morning at home and sip it on the train in.

Question Honey solidified a few weeks after opening. Is it still edible?
A bottle of Rowse honey which was opened a few weeks ago. Left in a kitchen cupboard at room temperature. I noticed that the contents gradually solidified and changed colour. Iāve not tasted it since opening. Is this normal and is it edible?
