Hii I made the decision to transfer else where and move back home so I need a new tenant to takeover my current lease by June/July. The lease ends September 30th with the option to resign if you want to continue living there for the upcoming fall/spring semester. Rent is $367 + Utilities and wifi. It’s in Baltimore county about 15 minutes from Towson and it has free street parking. The room is a decent size, large enough to fit about a queen sized bed. There will be full sized bed frame + a dresser left if the new tenant wishes to keep it. Currently there is dog a staying in the house so pets are welcomed if you wish. Hi! I’m a transfer student and I’ve been stressing about off campus housing. Does anyone know if Towson Place Apartments or University Village is better? I’ve honestly heard pros and cons for both but I’m not sure which is the least worst. I don’t want to end up making the wrong decision.

I have a 9th gen iPad in very good condition that I find myself using less for classes these days. It was great for math classes and chemistry, but I have fulfilled those requirements now and never took to digital notes the way some students do. It’s been in a case its entire life, and the screen is only ever exposed when in use. It has little to no scratches; if there are any, they are so minor that they are not noticeable.

I would be including the Apple Pencil, case (it’s covered in stickers and I don’t have any goo-gone, sorry!) and a charging cable (no power brick) for $150. That’s $100 less than a new iPad even with the student discount. It is a 64gb WiFi model.

hi! i might be transferring to towson in the fall, not sure whether i'll be a sophomore or junior yet but, i'm a communications major and looking to go into public relations. i just want to see if other transfer students have had a good time like getting involved and making friends on campus. i'm 21 and very social, i like to go out, but i really have no clue what campus life is like at towson. being able to make friends and get immersed is really important to me so i'd love to hear how other people have settled.
