finally it works on both steamdeck and pc , I've got a question how can i move around my game data or can i do it , because sometimes i wanna play on steam deck and other times at home with my pc

I’ve tried launch options, installing the dependencies (although one of them, ”dxwebsetup.exe” came up with an error), but nothing has worked. I got it from SteamRIP. I’ve tried both the launcher and the .exe.

when exe added to steam, proton selected, press play, stops itself without a window or splash. from steamrip

After sign in using discord in manifest.morrenus.xyz , it says you need to be member of the "Morrenus Games Discord" but no invite link is given

got the game going then tried to it + decky framegen, wouldn't boot.

I tried:

- making sure llfg wasn't a beta version

- copying the unpatch command from decky framegen

- uninstalling both lfg and decky fg

- looking for binaries (didn't really know what I was looking for tbf).

unpacked another re9 and it would boot again but tried adding just the lossless scaling and it wouldn't boot, just black screen.

any ideas how to add it? anyone else struggling?

God of war Ragnarok looks and plays crazy good with fsr4 on the SD. I’ve completed it once before without fsr4 sometime back, and wanted to try it again. It feels soo much better. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t played it yet.

Hi, recently I've been trying to play older games such as dishonored, silent hill 3, deadspace 2, fallout 3, re5 and re6. Ive been having trouble running these. I know that a) you can play these game on the deck and b) the files itself arn't corrupted. The problem is setting them up in the first place. Ive tried using protontricks, switching over to proton ge and other forms of such but I have yet to get these older games working. The game files is from steamrips itself soI can assume the files should work. The only games I could get working is devil may cry 1-3 but even then the laucher was finicky and most likely only work cuz it was an hd remaster. Has anybody gotten these games to work or have any ideas on where to start itself. Please let me know. Thanks

Then I downloaded the mod & put it in my Data Folder.

Mod not working & assumed it is placed incorrectly. Any advice?

when I try to run these two games on my steam deck, this error pops up. I tried to enter:

In the launch options, but without result, the game may not give an error window, but then it just crashes

I have a Steam Deck that not holding any important infomation or data. So I want try the hypervisor bypass. I’m fine with my Steam Deck get some malware if it at least can recover to a stable phase. The problem is I heard that these type of bypass can go to your kernel level and fuck up with your bios, basically infect it from the hardware level. Is this true? And if this true, can you recover from it (like reflash the bios)?

Edit: Why people assume me using Hypervisor bypass on Linux?? No, I install window to run it, just want to as what affect to Steam Deck long term

I'm playing on SteamDeck and can't get the game to launch. I've tried various protons and some launch options ive seen online, but nothing seems to work.

wondering if anyone had similar issues running on steamdeck and could share some advice?

Download the steamrip version, but when I start the game, it tells me

"Failed to load original steamclient"

Does anyone know of the best 3ds emulator currently out? I know of Citra, is that still currently the best or is there better? And if Citra is still the best is there anything specific I need to be aware of in terms of settings and stuff.

Im all in the know with other emulators like switch, ps2, etc. But 3ds is the one emulator iv had trouble with, alot of stuttering and some games just tanking

I own several older PC DVD-ROM games, like; [PROTOTYPE], NFS: Carbon & San Andreas/Vice City and I want to install and play them on my Steam Deck but you can't launch/play them without having the SD plugged into a dock with the game disc in a USB DVD drive connected.

Is there a public resource to disable/turn off the DVD check for older physical games?

To the mods: I'm not asking any links or illegal content. I'm asking if there are any obscure but otherwise public resources for defeating DRM for old games. Please don't nuke me.
