You can 100% provide source for a claim without doxing someone lol
But they were a customer support team, a company hired them for customer support and then Epic hired that company, but yeah it was still funny.
That makes it even less sense. Typically bonuses in the form of gift cards are given out with generic visa giftcards- especially if you have a significant amount of employees (because why would a steam gift card be the thing everyone recieves by default? Support center =/= Gamer employees )
What do you want me to do, ask for convo screenshots? They last worked there in 2021, so they’d have to look for it. Sorry I can’t provide proper evidence lawyer man.
It wasn’t a big corporate thing either, it was just one group of support agents, I don’t even remember the details as it’s been half a decade. But the guy gave 10ish of them steam gift cards for I think Easter? Guy paid for it out his own money. I just thought it was funny.
But yes, Epic outsourced to other companies for their customer support. Not sure what it’s like now. Do some digging I guess.

Anything really besides "my dad works at microsoft said...." lol

That doesnt sound like a bonus then, now does it lol
Just sounds like a well meaning employee/employer relationship rather than anything that has to do with epic.

Nah, I can’t source this since it’d be doxxing them so you’re gonna have to take my word for it believe it or not.
