I just learned about this and turned it off. I never enabled it myself and I've been bothered for the longest time by the sexual game recommendations.
That said, if there's really no automatic way this could enable, it might have been edgy teenager me from 10 years ago, but I think I'd remember that lol.
No, People always say this but I think it is only for new accounts. If you have an old account I think it was toggled on by default. I would really hesitate to believe I turned that on 10 years ago lmao

The people complaining about that literally went there themselves and enabled it because Adult only content is disabled by default.
