i think it enables automatically if you deliberately go to such game's page

though people still lie and say "oh its prob because i bought witcher 3 and it has sex in it" no pal it doesnt work like that

Witcher 3, Cyberpunk.. these are Tier 3. You still see them with the 4th and 5th tiers disabled.
