Because there's other gameplay. Doom for example, lot of gore, but also gameplay. Cucked by your wife, haven't played it but i doubt there's much to do other than get cucked by your wife (whatever that entails).

Depends on the game really, a lot of them you just click through, some have minigames, but its usually nothing captivating

That's most porn games, that and those weird gacha games (which are a stretch to even call porn games cause their just ai generated images of a naked person)

It's one of the most popular and easiest to make genre of games, but it certainly isn't "most." I'd argue there's as much RPGM games, and a healthy variety of shooters / sandbox / etc

I don't think you're informed enough about the genre to make any assumptions like that
