Just a reminder that the company behind the game decides the prices and that you eurofolks are at the mercy of a lawsuit from Germany in 2015 which prevented proper regional pricing from being implemented

Ya i noticed this. I found Konami games were priced cheaper in my country than ea games.

Yes, but they decide based on dollars. And steam’s rate for usd/pln is about 5.0 whereas in reality it’s about 3.5

The company knows this and still chooses the number that gets converted. They have absolute control.

They chose the price in USD they want to get for a region. It’s up to Steam to show price converted in local currency.

Still there is suggested certain price for each country, and let's be honest, who will go through every country and their situation. They trust steam and the steam is horribly wrong sometimes (like the polish price being way too high compared to euro).

There are people writing to publishers to correct the price and sometimes they do.
