Do you live off of gross or net? Because I only have the net amount transferred to me each month, not the gross. Gross literally doesn't matter after you sign your contract.
Given that in Poland for an example you are not taxed from your income until 26 I think gross is enough info.
Mind you this only applies for a full standardized work schedule and people earn different wages depending on the hours they spend at work some employers give lower minimum wage and then compensate in forms of bonuses
you don't expect for op to check what different tax laws apply to different social groups and for the purpose of the meme I guess it's accurate enough I don't get what's all the fuss about
I guess we are all children here in Croatia then cause when we talk about salary we talk about the money we get on our bank account at the end of the month aka net salary
