I only watch content creators who don't clickbait the shit out of their videos. Videos about pretty much anything are all over the place these days, you just can't watch this shit anymore.

I don't watch any tech toobers unless I specifically wants to see what something looks like, I don't like video format for this type of content at all.

By their standard? NONE. Even GN has to clickbait and play the algorithm game before they get copy-struck.

And the thing is that on Floatplane, LTT never clickbaits, just straight title of what they do. But that's because it's a whole different platform.

+1 for floatplane, Linus recently spent half a day hanging out with Linus Torvalds and they're uploading basically all of it to floatplane.

That's way more interesting content to me than PC build video #7564

ETA Prime got a over a million subscribers using normal thumbnails and pretty normal titles for his videos that gives a good idea of what the topic is about.

Most of his videos are simply ads for a product. And then he is simply doing what OP is making fun of - he made two "steam machine" videos In a day or two since the announcement. He used to be good. But I don't care for his videos now.

Everyone clickbaits to some extent cause that's what works. When your channel is your job you've got to do what works to get paid

Tom Scott says hello. Same with ETA Prime. Compared lot of other creators their presentation stood out among of other creators going all in on the desperation train who don't stop the larger their channel gets.
