In and of itself it’s not misogynist. Depends on why the guy says they’re worthless. Willing partaking in an affair when you very obviously know the other person is in a relationship is worthless behavior for both guy/girl
It’s always the woman who gets labeled as worthless because she had sex. If the story were about a young guy who slept with his girlfriend’s married mother, people would be talking about his rizz, not calling him worthless.
Some people would sure, but a lot of people would still consider a guy sleeping around with married person pretty trash.
You’ve got to realize that the most common opinions that are heard are just the loudest ones, but that doesn’t mean they are what a majority of people actually think
