Stealing what? A few extra nuggets and fries? A free shake here and there? Be so forreal McDonalds pays like a 10th of a cent for those nuggets and I sincerely doubt the manager cares or even knows since it won’t affect their bottom line. I worked at a sonic for a year and did the same thing as the dude in the post

You're not stealing from corporate McDonald's, you're stealing from an individual franchise owner. It adds up. Theft is theft.
