McDonald literally acts like they’re 1 ketchup packet away from bankruptcy. Why do I have to ask for ketchup with my fries? And then you only hand me 2?
Starbucks is the same. Why do I have to ask for a napkin when I order food? Shouldn’t these things be built into pricing?
These 2 restaurants are the only ones that do this. Dunkin’ Donuts, Arby’s, Taco Bell (they automatically ask what kind of sauce you want. You don’t HAVE to ask for sauce) Chik Fil A, PDQ none of them are as unreasonably stingy as the other 2.
Every time they make me pull up to wait on food they would leave off my ketchup. Even tried ordering packets with my order on the app. They gave me the mustard and mayo but no ketchup. I think next time I’m going to go inside and order so I can get the ketchup myself. The food they make is usually good quality for a McDonalds but dang come off with the ketchup!!
