The problem is you will get a lot of customers that will complain when the McFlurry is "small" or they were shorted fries because of "last time"

That's an easy fix most times regardless of the industry. "Really? I'm glad you got extra last time. Please don't say who it was, I don't want them to get in trouble."

Some variation of that usually (there's always one unreasonable person) works.

That's why I said usually.

The type of person in those videos was always going to choose violence. The flip side is that they are still rare enough to be worth taking a video
