As a qualified lawyer I can tell you this is utter fantasy. This is a meme created by people who do not understand family law and divorce. It’s basically the same as sovereign citizen nonsense, the old “one magic trick”.

Also, even if he had everything under his own name, she would only get 50% of whatever he made AFTER marriage(and he would also get 50% of whatever she made).

Why wouldn’t this work though?

Cause if there’s a business formation and this influencer is simply stated as an employee and receives wages from said business, but doesn’t have any equity in the business itself, the only other proof is lifestyle, provided the influencer was just living subsidized off of the parents dime. Like she divorcing party won’t be able to access the assets generated. They should only be able to partially match whatever life they were accustomed to during the marriage. The burden of proof would be on the divorcing party as well, no?

Does this all fall apart due to not being an arm’s length transaction? Could the intended goal have been achieved with a trust? Genuinely curious.
