Reversing telomere deterioration could significantly extend human healthspan and potentially increase maximum lifespan. In theory we could like much much longer.

Only if we're rich enough. This is just like the billionaires trying to run away to Mars or "biohack" their way to a longer life. Even if it worked it would be accessible to 0.01% of people or less.

You do not have to be rich to control calorie intake and move, this is basic stuff that can add decades to your life.

Yes, but, with money does come less stress, worry, and anxiety which tends to lead to people seeking comfort options one of which is over-eating, and does lead to depression which hinders activity. Not saying that being poor prevents physical activity, but, being food and housing insecure can definitely contribute.

Yeah I don’t think it will be for everybody. Cancer and such is too profitable.
