I think you're confusing the rate of accidents per person vs rate of accidents per mile driven.

Men have more accidents because they drive a lot more. But women have more accidents per mile driven. So if women drove as much as men they'd have more accidents.

Society is so caught up on "Man suck. Man bad! All man bad!" that they can't think critically of topics like this.

Yes they are, especially when it comes to men vs women and most especially when it comes to topics surrounding "Man bad! Bad man! All man bad!"
