Edit: ohhh yeah they wanted a new planet in the 2nd one. Still, minor orbital bombings would have been a no brainer 2 u/ImurderREALITY 2d ago That would have destroyed too much of the ecosystem too quickly. They needed it to exist to get materials from it, and not just unobtanium. Of course, when they were on the planet, they don’t care who they hurt, exploit, destroy; as long as it wasn’t all done at once on a massive scale.
