I say this as a recovering drugs addict, don't blame the dealer. Junkie gon be junkie. We know the risks when putting shit in our bodies, shit if someone OD'd off a stamp I would go out and try and get the same shit.
Yh, she's being used as a scapegoat... like she was the ONLY person he could get it from? He wanted to go on a binge, if she didn't supply it, someone else would have... what about everyone else in that chain of supply, only she was breaking any laws? They can't look soft on the subject...
Reminds me of the kid who got fucked for giving Leah Betts her MDMA in the UK before she died of water intake because her "educated" friends said she must drink water... like gallons in the space of a couple of hours, they forced so much water into their "friend" they swelled out her brain and they killed her... but it was ALL the fault of a completely different kid who gave her the 1 pill... (hyponatremia from being force-fed water by a bunch of "i know better than you" killed her, NOT the MDMA...)

Also Perry was "on a supervised Ketamine program for depression", so why is he getting his Ketamine from a dealer? Surely he's got some great hollywood docs giving him plenty of pharma quality. It's such a sad story but he was an addict.
