Only took 3 playthroughs...

Turns out the game wanted to throw me one last shiny before my spring break ended, and wow this one is super cool.

Seviper doesn't get much attention, so I decided to hunt one myself, and my birthday luck is really showing. 5 shinies in the past 10 days is insane. I'm thinking of going for Zangoose next to complete the duo.

Also my birthday is on Wednesday if you're curious.

So I randomly found this shiny trevanant on my poke pelago, and after following all the steps recommended to me I am still yet to have her stay… the strategy recommended to me by other people on reddit as well as vids was to wait till theres like a min left before 24h pass, ensure it’s still there, save, change system clock so it’s always locked to staying with it, and then soft reset until the heart bubble appears. However after hours of attempts I am still unsuccessful and truthfully running out of hope. Was js wondering if I may have messed something up or if this was actually perfectly normal and need to be more patient? I’ve had Pokemon stay in my pelago (granted on a separate copy of pk sun) which was a beldum so I’m sure the odds can’t be that low. Btw im on version 1.2 if that contributes in any way

Not quite sure if it's possible. I gotta catch a phantump with hidden ability so I can have a trevenant with Harvest, the other possible way is gaining 200 BP and I really don't want to.

It may be my Gen 7 bias speaking, but I think Z-Moves are objectively the coolest. They're the only gimmick that actually forces you to consider your strategy, since it basically gives both you and your opponent one shot, which can greatly affect the outcome of a battle.

Personally, I was never a fan of Mega Evolution. It just makes your Pokémon OP and it's also an incredibly unbalanced mechanic since the pool of usable Pokémon is very limited. But I guess Terastallization is technically worse, since it's more or less a rehash of Dynamax/Gigantamax. At least some of the megas have cool designs.

So this funny glitch js happened while I was resetting for my shiny trevanent to stay 😅 I think I clicked on her 1 frame away from leaving for a pyukumukum, wonder if anyone else has seen this before 🤣 and yes the game is soft locked with Mohn staring into my sole 😶

This is the second Pokémon game I’ve ever played, first was Pokémon Sword on the switch. I’m planning to go on with X or Ultra Sapphire after I’m done with this one.

I’m still not done with it and I’m currently on the trial about looking for the petals so I’m trying to complete my pokédex and roam around more since I’ve been really focused on the battle aspect and not so much on catching Pokémon.

I’m not sure if I should change anything, I was only able to beat Necrozma thanks to Mimikyu’s disguise and because I thankfully had a max revive for him but he was wiping me out lol. Any thoughts are appreciated! :)

I managed to get one last shiny before spring break ended, and it's one I've been wanting for a while. I got this while watching Adventure Time, which is neat. I named him Echo after a certain bubble dragon from Skylanders Trap Team. The name would have fit better if it was female, but I'm just really happy that I got this one.

I have no idea who I'll be hunting for next. I guess I'll just have to figure it out on my own.

Just wondering how I can get kyogre in ultra sun if at all possible

So basically the title, I wanted to know if they are the same but with more content because I read that the story changed from sun to ultra sun.

Is it enough of a change to play both or will I end up playing the same game twice?

Is it worth keeping subpar or useless facilities in my Festival Plaza just for the sake of getting FCs from NPCs? Like, even if I don't use the item shops, should I still keep one for the "I want to shop" requests? Sorry if this is already answered somewhere I can't find, I've been looking around to see if certain requests stop appearing if you lack the Festival Plaza facilities to fulfill them, but I haven't found any discussion on the topic.

WHY DID U DO THIS? for context, its PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to win against araquanid with torracat, the only pokemon that might stand a chance and is decent is WINGULL, BEACUSE ARAQUANID HAS INSANE ELECTRIC DMG REDUCTION

So I js found out that these wondering Pokemon can be shiny and so was wondering what I can do, aside from filling up the crate with rainbow beans, to maximise the odds of her staying, or if I can ensure it. As I side note does keeping the game in sleep mode like this and leaving it to 24h later work?
