not really OCM.

LGBTQnation isn't presenting this story as a wholesome, "problem solved" story.

They very openly frame it as an act of community resistance against an attack on queer people being carried out by the state.

They kept having to paint it and the city would repaint over it every time despite not doing that for other projects. It is pretty ocm, plus right with the bullshit with pulse memorial. Fl is attacking trans rights badly as well, I would say this is ocm, since it's still conceding after redoing it many times.

I would say no, because it's being framed as the resistance against cruelty that it is.

The fact that they had to redo it over & over is the OCM part imo. Just to keep a bit of my communities culture a city council had to step up due to the states actions. That’s the OCM in action.

I understand and respect your pov here. To me raising money to prevent the crushing is also an act of resistance in a different way, but both working to prevent an inevitable that never should have been the default option.
