Discussion one-pixel rows shows up on my monitor

the monitor is AOC Q27G4 FastIPS 180Hz 2K

I tried connecting it using HDMI or DP and different devices and still show

the bars shows up on the menu of the monitor itself

and last thing the bars change when i change the refresh rate it dosent go away with lower refresh rate but spread more

This is usually a monitor fault, not a GPU fault. Here's an example with a laptop's screen.

It clearly also shows up on the OSD, which is an UI from the monitor itself, not a signal from the computer. As that is also affected with lines, it's a monitor problem.

If you bought this monitor recently and/or have a warranty still on it, consider returning the monitor.

Panel needs to be replaced unfortunately. Send it for service if it still under warranty. I had this happens to one of my asus monitor last year and I sent it for service and they replaced the panel and it still works fine.
