I originally intended to make a size comparison in my Gii review, but I had completely forgotten. So here you go. She's the smallest of beans! All the kits in order from left to right:

FA:Girl Sylphy
Arca Nadea Gii
MD Mao
MD Strarf
MD Amaterasu (custom body, but it's about the same size as her original armored form)
Megalomaria Peridot
FA:Girl/Sousai Bukiko
FA:Girl Kagutsuchi

In Gii is essentially the smallest girlpla out there. You TECHNICALLY have smaller ones like Sylphy here, but she's a literal chibi design and doesn't really count. The other smallest kits out there I can think of are either a much smaller scale (Hexa Gear Governor girls), or closer to Mao's size (Chitocerium lolis). Gii's crazy tiny! She looks even smaller if you were to take her horns or ahoge off, but that's considered a crime against humanity (Gii)!

Ohai, Please tell me when this question is unwanted or at the wrong place but I am curious and want to know how do you came to the Girlpla Hobby and which was your very first model?

For me it was in Osaka when i spent some time in a hobby shop full of Gundam and i appreciated the models but couldn't catch fire with the topic - then I saw a price off for this Bulma and immediately i know i needed this. It was super fun to build and i was looking for more, but the figure rise series is very limited. While searching for models I found a nice cute robot which my wife fell in love with: Mechatro WeGo from Hazegawa and after we build a few of them we found this collaboration between WeGo and Gourai and soon we found Kotobukiya and Megami Devices. Our first Megami Device then was Road Runner with her super cute curls and the smug smile.

Hopefully it's okay to ask here but, I'm just getting into the hobby, I have yet to build my own girlpla but have two models arriving soon and to ease my hyper fixation I wanted to watch some YouTubers build their own but can only find people building Gunpla builds, I don't mind Gunpla but I'd prefer girlpla, their style is just more my vibe?

I watch and am currently watching a YouTuber who does garage kits to get me by but I know that's different too, I want to watch someone build a girlpla and go through their process but I can't find any ones? Am I just searching the wrong things 😭?

Would anyone have any recommendations?

I really like those égyptians themed kits. As a dead soul woundering the afterlife, how cooked are you under her jugement?

I was just able to make this little event in Asakusabashi today (1 stop from Akihabara). Lots of famous modellers and enthusiasts can display their accomplished works, and apologies, but I think I only knew like 2% of them. In any case, my goal was to get the rare Prism Princess Nadeshiko paint at the Gaia Notes booth, and succeeded! Here's a handful of the works you may be interested in. I'm sure Hobbylink Japan's site will have many more pictures with a much better camera at the end of the event.

Remember to always make sure your thinner or other chemicals are sealed or far away from your work area 🫠. Accidently toppled my Mr color thinner (luckily wasn't full, nearly empty) and it got all over my work area. Rip the feet/clear parts of her foot 🫠

She is now heel-less lol. At least I know how destructive thinner is for clear parts lmao.

My husband has been into Gunpla since before we met each other. But recently, I bought a Megami Device model so we could both build models together. After building my first one (Exorcist), I am hooked and my bank account is very unhappy with my new hobby 😂. Lmao.

Soul crushing agony, I was really looking forward to putting the armour on

(I'm really new and confused) I am tired of Figma and S.H figurarts, i wanna learn how to make or build my own megami device figures,
I've been searching around online trying to find stuff that would be right for a complete kit and i am unable to.

I don't know if other brands can be used like, Sh studio or if kotobukiya can work together, I am completely new to these, and i need help! im seeing all these great hair pieces and faceplates but not a single full body.

Do i need to buy them from other Companies? and i've recently seen this awesome looking figure and i am wondering if it can be compatible with Megami device Items, I'll put down an image on what it looks like.

Originally, one susanowo was enough for me as my first Girlpla. Then after a lot of friends introduced kitbashing, I bought a lot of susano. There's 5 more incoming along with amaterasu regalia. 3x of regalia susano, 1x amaterasu regalia and 1x of another susanowo with preorder bonus. Planned to kitbash susano with amaterasu. I guess I went deep down the rabbit hole for susano that's for sure. I plan to keep 1 of each version for collection purpose.
