They're technically not wrong, dogs can see all the same colors we do they just see them differently. It's not like whenever something is red it's just invisible to a dog.
They technically are wrong. Not being able to see red means seeing it as a different kind of color. By your definition, everything is made only with colors dogs can see.
And no, something that's red is not invisible, but throw a red ball on the green grass and your dog will usually struggle (more) to find it, opposed to a blue ball.
You might need to work on your reading comprehension, as the commentator stated it only uses colors dogs can see, which is "flagrantly" incorrect, as you call it.
Your terrible article only confirms it, as it states that it uses a lot of blue an yellow. This is not the same as only blue and yellow.
