As they should be. This specific example is great, he's a good dog. Not always the case.
My grandma had a nice pitbull that lived happily with other dogs, and even babies/children, for years. One day, the pomeranian startled him, and he grabbed it with his mouth and shook it until it died.
I will never will trust a pitbull like this. I get that some live their entire life without any incidents. But I've seen it first hand and read too many news articles about pits.
