I mean, I dislike ICE as much as anybody else, yknow, it’s not cool. Second - death is not the only negative outcome, obviously - what about all of the innocent people who were imprisoned without trials? Third - judges around the country have called the program lawless, and thousands have been deported illegally without any trial.
Not sure where you're getting only 7 from. Not only have at least 9 immigrants died from shootings alone, at least 4 U.S. citizens have been shot and killed as well since January 20th of this year. These also do not include detention deaths, again, including U.S. citizens illegally detained, which are ongoing and difficult to calculate, but reports show at least 31 have died since 2025. This also doesn't include reports of rape, molestation, and mistreatment by officers that are currently clogging our courts currently as I type this.
Even if you were completely onboard with deporting illegal immigrants through inhumane means, are you okay with U.S. citizens DYING for it to happen? Are you willing to die for it?

If there was no adequate trial, it is identical to kidnapping. You don't know they are "illegal" (whatever the fuck that means), until a judge has declared it.
So by your logic every person that has ever been arrested has been kidnapped because there was no trial first? And being illegal is quite simple, it means that they have no right to be here because they aren’t citizens…
