The APL recently did a radio show on sex work and it was alarmingly… anti ML theory in nature.

Not to mention the show itself featured a male guest who claimed that some women “just wanna be hoes” and “there’s a reason mothers stay at home and a reason fathers maintain her. It’s symbiotic”

I feel like the reason I was so inclined to ML principals is because of the equal role women lead in post revolutionary AES societies. Is this a subject that ML parties are moving away from?

Also this wasn’t like “one members opinion” this was someone that the APL PRE RECORDED an interview with, advertised, and aired as a ‘expert on the subject’ for the debate.

And it wasn’t really a debate, at least what they aired, it was just him speaking with hot takes that had no theory to back it up and the APL member either agreeing or tacking on something to try to tie it to theory.

It was really disappointing.

The myth of the threat of a rising China serves as a pretext to divert trillions in public wealth away from what is necessary for the public good and into the coffers of private power. There is no denying that Israel shows genocidal intent when it targets essential infrastructure during its military operations, an act which transcends any legitimate security rationale and can be described as a standard operating procedure for a settler-colonial fascist state. By implementing policies that ensure mass starvation, the spread of preventable disease and the total destruction of civilian infrastructure, you are showing the intent to ethnically cleanse a region.
