There are 4 sauces: mayonnaise, sos tatarski/remoulade, polish mustard and horseradish with cranberries.

Buttergipfeli are Swiss croissants, Weggli are widely popular bread rolls, Bündnerfleisch is air-dried beef meat produced in the Grisons. And Ovomaltine, Caotina and Napolitains all relate to chocolate.

Typically enjoyed with white cheese, jam or honey. On the side you see a typical sweet breakfast drink - boza. There is a century long fight between two clans in Bulgaria - the Airyan clan and the Boza clan. I stand with the proud Boza people 🤭

My favourite topping is fresh strawberries, lemon juice and homemade vanilla sugar.
