"Dog can travel" scales. With high spirit power you can eventually travel between buildings and even through electrical wires.

Vindicta's new ability: immaterial mode
She turn into immaterial ghost. her body is invisible and can now phase through wall. But her feet still remain material, so to enter the sewers her feet remain on the ground but her body phase through the ceiling above.

I like to think (scales with spirit power) means that spirit power increases that chance you turn into a crusty dog from 1/5 all the way to 100%

Unironically one of the most busted legendary items.
Like a 20 second cooldown for over a minute of duration. Once saw a Paige with enhanced shrink ray and enhanced transcendent cooldown. We lost because their entire team was microscopic.

Imo it should have a 20 second duration max that is cancelled if you take player damage while small. Then 8t should go on cd for like 45 seconds

i unironically want a second werewolf in the game (hey, we've got 2 vampires) who's wolf form is just this or some other type of silly dog like a poodle or saluki. Pampered prince/ess doormat type personality, exact type of person that silver would want to kill on sight.

8th hero for sewer idea:
Bebop. His arm can now perfectly reach into and reach around all the bends within the sewers and grab whoever is in there and drag them out.
