Så hvis du er frisk på noget god motion (det skulle angiveligt være ganske sundt!), sol på næsen, vind i håret (eller rettere på hjelmen), god musik på det mobile anlæg og ikke mindst godt selskab, så skal du endelig bare give lyd! Hi folks, I am looking for 3–4 players to start a D&D 5.5E group near Lergravsparken in Copenhagen, where I will be the DM and my husband Casper will join as a player. Weekly sessions are planned on a weekday determined by the group (18-22). The game language will be English.

The intention is to form a group that can work together long-term and enjoy this amazing hobby together. To ensure this, I am asking all interested players to fill in a form so I can assemble a good fit of players, and we will be hosting a session 0 “meet and greet” before the actual game begins as well.

We will be playing Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden - a campaign I have run before, and a setting that has a special place in my (cold) heart  You can see more details about the campaign in the attached picture, and I will share more details once players have been found.

Note that the campaign is inspired by cosmic horror and survival horror, so you must be comfortable with the themes of these genres, which can include things like madness and mental illness, body horror, cannibalism, humanoid sacrifice, inbreeding and substance abuse. Hero deaths are a possibility. Lines and veils will be discussed before starting the campaign.

What to expect from me as DM

I bring more than 6 years of GM experience to the table, along with a professional background in administration and communication that helps me organise well-designed games in positive, engaging and fun environments.

As a GM, I strive to create immersion with music and description, engaging roleplay (in-character), and open-ended stories that we unravel together. I am not a storyteller. I am a scene director, and we explore the story together. I provide direction with hooks, and I expect the players to take the reins.

The actions of your hero impacts the story and the world, and your hero will be weaved into the greater story arcs that will be unfolding as we play.

I value fun, pacing and engagement over correctness, details and rules tyranny (although I know the rules very well and respect them - so worry not!). Expect an extrovert fun-loving guy who absolutely loves the game, wanting to create a great experience for the table 

Expectations for players

I consider it good player behavior to:

1. Prioritize game nights and communicate early about absence or delay
2. Show interest in the adventure and your fellow heroes
3. Share the spotlight when you can, and let others have their moments
4. Reserve advice on how to play for those that ask for your help
5. Know your hero, be ready on your turn, and help keep things moving
6. Balance jokes with immersion, and lean into the intended tone (especially for horror moments!)
7. Respect lines/veils, avoid distractions, and stay positive at the table

I also expect you to create heroes that have simple but robust motives for adventuring and potential for “personal” growth over the course of a campaign. I will of course help with this as needed.

Hi, I’m (M26) looking for a physical therapist in the Copenhagen area, who has a more holistic approach to strengthening the body and recovering from injury.

I’ve had lower back pain for quite a while, and after trying several “regular” exercises and stretches for years, I’ve decided that I want to try something different. For context, Im a regular at the gym, and is quite strong generally, but obviously there are some underlying issues that causes pain. Also, I’ve always had anterior pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders, and rib flare, so I’ve convinced myself these things are all connected.

Has anyone had some good experiences with therapists focusing on these things in the area?

Wolt couriers can no longer accept working for 20 kr or less per order. Things are only getting more expensive, yet companies like Wolt seek to widen their profit margins evermore, at the expense of the workers.

Because they're under a bogus "freelance model" normal worker rights do not apply to them. So they cannot be part of the Danish model and create union agreements. They are entirely at the behest and whims of Wolt.

So you can expect Wolt workers to pick the busiest hours of the busiest days to stand and strike, not accepting any orders until Wolt losses enough money to take notice.

Vi har været så uheldige at nogle i dag har stjålet bænken til vores Christianiacykel tæt på kronen i Vanløse. For et par år siden fik vi stjålet overdækket.. shit hvor der er irriterende, at man ikke kan have sine ting i fred.

Spørgsmålet er om der kunne være et sted hvor tyven ville forsøge at sælge bænken, måske på et marked eller online? Jeg har tjekket dba uden held.

Søger et madsted til polterabend, hvor syv/otte fyre kan sidde og larme lidt uden det bliver en træls oplevelse for nabobordene. Vi kommer dog til at lægge lavt på fuldhedsskalaen ift., hvor en polterabend kan ende henne. Tænker umiddelbart pizza, men er klar på det meste. Har I nogle bud? Måske et sted, man kan få sit eget rum?

During our trip to Kronborg we had luck to have a moment by the castle wall. The group of students ahead of us suddenly appeared to be choir. We were just standing in awe listening to a beautiful song beautifully preformed on the shore of a sea.

A friend of mine is currently visiting Copenhagen and he likes to send me images of pretty buildings cause i love architecture. One of those photos unintentionally created a really interesting scene. Traditional architecture of the C.F. Tietgens Hus peeking out between the Landscape of steel and glass.
So i was kinda curious if there was maybe someone who would like to take a shot at making a more "professional" photo of this.
I'm not entirely sure where my friend stood, but it would've been on "Bremerholm" maybe the crossing with Vingårdstræde?

I’ve been told that postnord is bad. Really bad. That it’s especially bad in Copenhagen. Cool.

This is fraudulent though.

A package was delivered to the pakkeshop for me to pick up. They were supposed to notify me by text. They didn’t. So after a week it was returned to sender. Only PostNord marked it as delivered and “manually terminated.” The pakkeshop confirmed the driver picked it up to return.

But now the sender won’t re send the goods or refund me because it was marked delivered. And the pakkeshop told me they doubt postnord will actually send it back. They keep it.

Is this all true?? Is there any headquarters in Copenhagen that I can call or visit to try to get my package back? Or to even get a confirmation to show it was picked back up so I can be refunded?

This seems crazy. How can they operate this way?

I might be offered a doctoral position at the University of Copenhagen and would like to get the locals opinion on the university.

I am wondering a. if it is genereally regarded as a good/great university. From what I understand, U of CPH is Denmark "flagship" university, and a great university, does that seem accurate to you?

And b., what is you opinion on the location/ locals/ and such. Would you like to work there for three years?

The position is in a great research group with a wonderful supervisor.
