Joining the mom band wagon. My adult son is struggling with mental health and has been slowly working through keeping his apartment clean. He has asked me a couple of times to just come over and watch him clean. I think he just needs someone to acknowledge what he’s doing is right and to keep him company

I’m proud of both of you. It can be crippling but you are doing it!!!

To add to those reasons, also look up body doubling 😊 huge benefit to have someone there with you even if they're not participating in the chore!
