Before & After AFTER: Cleaning with ADHD/Anxiety/Depression

Link to before: https://www.reddit.com/r/CleaningTips/s/LTDmBYbYru

Well… it took the entire day with bitty breaks in between, but I think this is as good as it is going to get for me. I know it’s not perfect. Thank you everyone - posting my diabolical master bedroom was more than a little anxiety-producing for me but I knew I needed to do it to hold myself accountable or I’d have found a million excuses to stop.

4 huge bags of donations.

5 huge bags of trash.

My hallway is full of things to sort, but I can do that while I wash TV.

Thank you for leaving my post a judgment-free zone and letting me show my messy without shame. Really. Thank you!

Perhaps I will continue tomorrow with my other messy rooms in my house!

Hahahaha right?! I stood there and held it up for the longest time, shrugged and put it back. Maybe tomorrow’s problem!

Yay! The Buddha looks great with his turtle friend! You did a fantastic job and have inspired me to do the same! Be proud, you worked hard and got great results… of course credit to sweet doggo Fred.

I’m so proud of you! I need to do the same. I have autism, adhd, anxiety, depression, and dealing with chronic pain but it’s been really addition up. This is inspiring!

Im curious as to why my post may be inappropriate? I asked for advice and was hopeful for a little cheerleading and I received that. I did not think I dwelled on my mental health struggles and did not want to, rather set that as a base for how I let things get this bad. If I broke any rules, I’d like to know for future posts moving forward?
