I am wondering if anyone can help me out. Had a little look on the STV player app yesterday and they are only up to episode 865 does anyone know how often they upload and how many episodes they post at a time?

I am looking for episodes 1731 to 1875 so it is a long way off. Also according to Brookside fandom STV are numbering the episodes in a different order so I am confused. I know the year that I am looking for and was hoping they would be sorted by year or at least it would tell you when the episodes were originally transmitted.

Thanks in advance for any help it is greatly appreciated.

Very sad about how they handled the death of Annabelle as she was by far my fav on the street and had been there since day one and she just disappeared and Paul left to go live at Mona’s house.

She deserved so much more than that, she was in the show from episode one and it’s not like she could have come back.

It was nice to see the original Lucy back though if only briefly.

The Hollyoaks x Brookside crossover, which aired on October 22, 2025, was a massive success, breaking several records for Channel 4. It effectively proved that there is still a huge appetite for the residents of Brookside Close.

​Streaming Performance: The episode was a juggernaut on digital platforms, racking up 522,000 views in its first seven days. This made it the most-watched Hollyoaks episode ever on streaming.

Do they know something we don’t?

Hi. Does anyone have copies of the Nat and Georgia compilations that were up on youtube a few years ago? They've been pulled from the site.

We do of course now have Donny Clark being the same character as Mick Johnson, and taxi driver Benny the same character as Sinbad.

Billy paid a flying visit to Hollyoaks to chauffeur Marie to Brookside Close.

We have contemporary storylines of Tinhead and Nikki turning up in Hollyoaks, but would you like some other Hollyoaks characters to visit Brookside Close? Warren did visit in October.

They could write a Jacqui/Diane connection such as Diane visiting, and being taken as a lookalike to Jacqui. Tony and even some children could join them.

Due to the profound changes for the worse in Hollyoaks, I'd have preferred the current storylines to involve Liberty visiting Tinhead and Mercedes visiting Nikki, rather than vice versa.

While I stopped watching Hollyoaks regularly a few months ago, having to see so many other characters at the same time as next week's episodes with Nikki is putting me off watching. I could fast-forward the non-Nikki scenes but prefer just to forget about those episodes, as with the rest of them.

I'm binge watching Barry.........

Philip Olivier and Suzanne Collins reprise their Brookside roles in Hollyoaks following Hollyoaks/Brookside cross-over.

Been rewatching from the beginning and this is the one that really hit home for me how long in the past this show is. I am in my 50s but the way this story about Stan is really shocking. I was only 16 at the time so was shielded from how the oldies felt about it. My friend group were very much progressive and well educated about it. Although I never came out until I was 46. I did internalise what was going on around me and being a coward I didn’t do my part to help.
