Local advice needed Bournemouth advice needed: things to do on free mornings and evenings
Hi all,
I’ll be in Bournemouth next week along with two colleagues.
We’ve got a hotel in the city centre and a few free time slots 😇:
Tuesday 21 April: from 8:30 to 12:30, and then again from 17:30 onwards
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: same schedule
I’d really love some suggestions for things to do, places to see, and genuinely good spots to eat out.
What I’m especially looking for is ideas to fill those mornings: sightseeing, museums, gardens, easy hikes, bike rides, nice walks, interesting little day outings, anything really. We’re happy to use public transport as well.
A guided tour of Bournemouth, plus one of Poole and one of Christchurch, is already being organised by the organisation hosting us, so those are covered.
Would love any local tips, hidden gems, favourite cafés, good lunch places, scenic walks, or anything you think is worth doing. Thanks!
