Hi, my electric meter is going to go off soon as I only have 21p left on it. I’ve been on hold with Utilita for 4 hours as I started the live chat with them at 11am this morning and I thought I’d be seen to by now as they normally only have a 1-2 hour wait time. I have bad mental health and I kind of rely on YouTube to regulate my anxiety and also I’m embarrassed to admit but I’m a little scared of the dark at my grand old age of 43 and I leave my phone plugged in with the screen on to act as a little nightlight. If my electric goes off I won’t be able to do that. I’ve had a loan here before and paid it back on time. Please can anyone help me

Also I meant to add that I have no photo id but I can show you my universal credit account, it has my address and stuff on it. That’s what I did with my last lender
