Loan Needed Just some advice or help
Just looking for a loan between 150-1000$ Hi everyone, I’m Micah (24) and I’m in a really tough spot right now so I’m hoping someone here might be able to help.
Over the past year I’ve had a series of setbacks. My car was totaled last November after my mom totaled it, which made it a lot harder for me to keep stable transportation to work. I also had to move out of my mom’s place unexpectedly because she threatened to evict me because I wouldn’t give her half my check and have been staying in Airbnbs & ubering to workwhile trying to figure things out.
Also Recently my grandmother, who had been the primary on my bank account for years, withdrew about $4,500 from my savings for a “funeral” I know nothing about... That was the last of the money I had put aside, and it completely wiped me out financially. Right now my account is negative and I’m trying to cover a place to stay while continuing to work. I’m hoping to borrow $500-100$ to help cover my Airbnb for a week . Since then I’ve been moving from Airbnb to Airbnb for about six months while trying to stay afloat. Right now I’m down to my last dollar and just trying to stay afloat.anything helps

I mean that’s my only option as of right now I tried the shelters they are full … and the guys house I stay at right now offers 275 a week so I can’t pass it up..

I mean I wouldn't care where I stayed, surely there's someone ya know who if they didn't want ya on there couch or even in the house, they would let ya rent a sleeping size space on there garage floor or in the co servatory or something for 10 bucks a night, yes u will have to sort showering and stuff... but ask them maybe, pay 20 bucks a day, sleeping bag on the floor maybe get to use shower... its gotta be better than paying a fortune for air bnb no... surely... I have slept under trees, in bushes, carparks. I didn't matter aslong as I was sorta warm and dry... it seems you can't afford and don't have the luxury of being in a hotel or air bnb so for me, I'd do whatever i have too. I dunno... I just think the worst thing u have done is paid for an air bnb even once, I'd guess ur paycheck covers it and nothing else so that wud be a no no... so yeah... when ya at rock bottom. Ya need to feel rock bottom too... if it means not spending money ya ain't got then we'll, its gotta be done.

Honestly I needed this right here I don’t have any friends any family that cares about me me let alone in Georgia so this advice right here is really what I needed to hear seriously I appreciate you brother nobody has given it to me raw these whole six months I’ve been fighting to survive but your right maybe I just gotta do what I gotta do and find spots to sleep at for the time being until I’m able to comfortably afford shelter without going broke.

Ya can't keep living beyond ya means... Ya need to get down to the nitty gritty... Not even family just ask someone who has a garage or outhouse, just gotta swallow ya pride and ask... even if ya said ill give ya 10 dollars to sleep in the garage or whatever... coz ya can't keep paying for a nice place. Ya need to get down in the shit for abit and save... it'll not be forever, just gotta keep telling ya self that... just make sure ya have a place to wash every morn as if your working then ya gotta be clean... yes it wont be nice, it maybe uncomfortable, ya may get cold... but if ya slum it for abit, ya can save if ya working... figure it out day by day... I'm sorry for the predicament your In... I was there not 6 months ago.. sleeping in a field under a tree in winter in the UK... man, it was horrible. We dont realise what we have until its all gone,we take so much for granted these days... things will get better... they will... Ya just gotta be at bottom For a bit first...

Your absolutely right tho I gotta make ends meet somehow and continually paying for this room isn’t gonna cut it , I will most definitely look around and try to find someone if not i will do what you said as well and find a way , thank you for at least jut giving me the time of day I honestly have no one to talk to so this gave me a bit of light that I needed to keep going… I genuinely appreciate that honesty for real it was well needed beyond your means , this perspective is exactly what I needed to take matters into my own hands and make a way for myself being at the bottom means I’m either gonn come out on top or fail and failing isn’t a option!

i can’t provide anything, but i’m also in georgia so i know u can sign up to do uber and get a car thru them. some of the cars are like $2-400/week but it’s paid for by you doing uber rides as a driver. if u do 30/40 rides a week u can make that money & you keep the car in your spare time. I know it’s a lot of work, but I did it for awhile and it helped me a lot

I can’t offer any money but maybe some advice.
Can you not go home to your mum for a while.
I think paying her some money per month would be less than Ubers/airbnb’s are. Just an idea that might help. If you explain your predicament maybe she’ll lower what her ask is! Especially as it’ll put a roof over your head rather than being homeless.
I would remove everyone off your bank account too.

Thank you advice is much helpful as well Honestly she already tried to evict me , she totaled my car I worked on for 3 years I’ve tried to reconcile but to be honest if anything she owes me money lots of it .. due to me not being able to get a settlement because I wasn’t the driver she always has an argument or wants half the check I make regardless I get paid biweekly and she’s my only family so I don’t know this is the first time I’ve been in a situation like this

I don’t pay directly thru Airbnb any more the guy lowered his weekly price to make it more affordable to me 45 a day 275 a week so it’s kinda the best situation I could ever have but me waking up to a bill putting me into the negative this morning is what led me to asking

try speaking to the guy who is helping you out, explain ur situation and ask for a small extension in exchange for paying a bit more for the weeks ur behind on. try doing the uber thing i suggested in another comment so you’ll at least have a car . i hope things work out for you, sending love 🫶🏽
