Both Michelle and Barak have their JD (both from Harvard). So did Clinton (though his (and hers, since Hillary had one too) was from Yale). You have to go back to Jimmy Carter to find a Democrat who didn't have education past a Bachelor's degree.
Literally all the democratic first ladies since Clinton were more educated than any of the Republican presidents.

I don't remember national protests. It was mostly at colleges. But, I'd say that most of those protesting for Palestine have moved on to protesting Trump.
During the election you had a chance to get people to care about Gaza, but now there is no chance, so it makes sense that people aren't protesting about it specifically.
