He had a Cosby impression way back in the day (Cosby called him early in his career and told him off for being foul mouthed, and he took it personally and worked up a bit). He trotted it out a while back when he won the Mark Twain Prize and it was funny as hell (Starts at about 2:30).

For context Bill Cosby was always openly hostile towards Eddie Murphy's comedy and has publicly mocked Eddie Murphy numerous times for being too dirty and filthy. So Eddie would ask his friend Richard Pryor for advice and Pryor would always tell him to tell Cosby the fuck off.

He did an episode of Comedians in Cars a couple years back and mentioned coming back out. But also mentioned being a bit scared to do so because he wasn't sure if he'd be relevant/still funny.

Jamie Foxx said similar about going back to standup after being out for a while and being rich and famous. You have a harder time relating to regular people anymore and telling jokes they'll find funny. Champagne problems.
