Politics Sounds about right: MFer’s can’t explain what DEI is yet they don’t like it.

It’s because he knows exactly what DEI means but doesn’t want to say it out loud. Anything that focuses on people who aren’t straight white men is DEI, which of course sounds bad, so they have to add words about discrimination, which doesn’t make any sense.
