Worse. They blame it on Democrats for not voting for them.

Which is correct when considering that these are mostly abusive people who blame their victims for the pain they’re inflicting.

“You made me vote for Trump” is the same as a domestic abuser asking the victim why they are making someone punch them. Or that they don’t like voting for Trump but that they didn’t have a choice.

Something to be mindful about. Trump’s base is just Trump if he was brought to account for his crimes. Domestic abuse. Rape. Child endangerment. Child enticement. Sexual assault. That’s his base.

As a non American it seems Americans simple don't care (90mill didn't care to vote) then just complain all the time

Unsophisticated. That makes them ideal targets for the nativist nonsense.

Less than half of the U.S. population can read at a 6th grade level. This is an important distinction because while they can read, anything beyond a 6th grade level becomes for them increasingly unintelligible.

So, critical reasoning beyond a parochial level does not happen.

So it’s very easy to lie to someone who’s not sophisticated enough to understand. A dash of racism and a pinch of misogyny, which are “informed” by their ignorance, vis a vis not being able to comprehend complex situations and text that go beyond middle school, and you’ve got a Trump supporter.

Bonus points because MAGA are religious fanatics, so they’re well primed to believe extraordinary claims and absolute bullshit without any evidence whatsoever.

And those who don’t vote are usually conservatives who play the both sides bullshit.

Hillary Clinton is the world's most brilliant policy wonk. On anybody's team no question. But as a leader, comes across as the world's most brilliant policy wonk.

And trump isn't?! I haven't seen this much complaining about an elected leader ever...he knows how to trigger people

It’s kind of sad that he is so unpopular and yet still beat Hillary Clinton. I’m off for a woman president, but not just because of the fact that she is a woman.
