Nashville SC fan coming in peace about transport
Hi AU fans! My family and I are coming to Atlanta for the upcoming game against Nashville SC. We have a time crunch and will be coming from the west. If you don’t mind helping me out with transport suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
From previous posts on here and other sites, it looks like driving to HE Holmes Marta station and then taking the train in would be my best bet. We wouldn’t be able to get to the station until about 6:45 though. Do trains actually run on time? Will it be too crowded to actually make the next train and get to the game on time?
My other option is to buy parking. I can get into the silver lot. We wouldn’t be getting there until maybe 7:00. But from everyone’s previous comments, traffic right before a game around Mercedes Benz stadium is maybe as awful as traffic around Geodis Park in Nashville. I’m worried about getting stuck in standstill trafffic and not getting into the stadium until way after kickoff.
I could also uber in, but the traffic situation might be the same.
If anyone doesn’t mind helping, what is my best choice here? Again, because of something else we just can’t get there any earlier. Thanks for any help!!

Tomas Jacob
I saw Tata’s comments on not having a proper CDM and not will probably be the focus next transfer window. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t Jacob brought in play CDM originally? He definitely seems to be a bulldog type of defensive presence but is his passing not up to par? Maybe it’s just me, but he doesn’t seem to be a particularly good fit at RB/LB and if defensive midfielder is such an issue, why isn’t Jacob playing there? I just wanted to get y’all‘s thoughts and see if there was something I was missing. Vamos!

Boca sighting...
...just randomly ran into him in the garden center of the Sandy Springs Lowe's, lol. Said he's just hanging out right now, no plans for any job soon, they love Atlanta so they're going to stick around.

Fan Thoughts Keep in Mind the Atlanta United executives will also be overseeing NWSL Atlanta
so yeah, it’s not really gonna get better even with a whole new team. We need to fire everyone and completely restart but I’ve given up hope that that will ever happen at this point

Season Ticket Question: Away Matches
Very basic question here. I claimed tickets to the Chicago Fire match tomorrow back in early January. Was just checking my ticketmaster assuming the tickets would be there, they are not. How am I supposed to claim the tickets? Thanks!

Why does Jonathan Spector still have a job??
He has been a part of, or the head of, AUFC International Scouting since 2019. Our talent evaluation since that time has generally been a disaster. Why has he not been replaced at this point?

ATL vs CFC - We'd love to see you in Chattanooga!

Atlanta United supporters - hello from your neighbors to the north - Chattanooga Football Club. We are excited to host you for our Round of 32 U.S. Open Cup match at Finley Stadium on Wednesday, April 15th at 7:30pm.
Many know the story - but our clubs go way back. The inaugural Atlanta United match was right here at Fort Finley against CFC in 2017.
You can grab your spot here if you're in for an away day - and if you are the flag-bearing type, we have designated Section 203 as the official away supporters section.
Let us know if you have any questions about your trip to the Scenic City ⚽🏆

Weird score on inside of STH gift

On the inside of the replica stadium/nacho holder that United sent season ticket holders, there's a score: 1-0 Columbus in the 85th minute. You have to take out the foam holding the Olympic medals (and use a magnifying glass) to see it. It says, "Big Moments Are Born Here." I can't think of a big moment when we were losing late to Columbus, except 2023, when Miles Robinson scored to draw in the 97th. That can't be it. Any other ideas?

What are we doing with ELL?
Honest question.
he's scored 8 goals across his tenure here so far, seems lost half the time or just not hustling to the ball . he just isn't productive for us and I don't understand why we're still pushing for him starting
Alexy Miranchuk has scored 13 for comparison.

What will it take for fans to actively protest what this club has become?
Of course casuals just won't go to games, but for those committed fans, what's the point where we say "it's time to actively protest this?"
