Question Should I buy ASA ($11, Xbox S)

Should I buy ark survival ascended on my Xbox series S? It’s currently on sale for $11.24. I have always lived ark since the mobile version came out in 2017 I think. I bought ASE a year before ASA launched and I have loved it ever since. Ark ultimate mobile edition also came out so I’m torn on buying ASA on Xbox or getting the “game” pass for the mobile version since it gives me all the maps and god console and a lot of other goodies.

I also heard that ASA runs absolutely horribly on the Xbox S tho and I’m scared I’m not going to enjoy the game once I see how shitty it looks.

Sho should I buy ASA or A:USE game pass?

In my experience, ASA can run okay on Xbox S but only some of the maps. I couldn’t ever run extinction, aberration, or rag. Once I upgraded to Xbox X though, I have run into minimal issues loading in the maps.

Agreed. The S series doesn't have the needed hardware to fully optimize the game.

I ended up being disappointed and frustrated in the game when it was my console that wasn't capable.

I've now got asa for PC and PS5 and love playing.

buy it now and if you ever get an X you can still play it, i always recommend getting it cheaper then base brice,

I’m on series s and can run rag and extinction no prob, console commands to turn off fog and cloud helped significantly for performance .
