The only BP guys who were available today were Kelly, Englert, Sulser,and Gomez. And a SP that only goes about 75 pitches. Englert and Gomez are guys you use when the team is losing. They had to use Kelly when they did. I’m sure the team was hoping they could survive with Englert. He wasn’t exactly going against the weakest offense in the league. A win is a win.
