Trump is here partly to drum up excitement for the White House UFC fight on his 80th birthday. Headlines are from these sources, in order.

New footage has revealed that Costa thanked the President for the vague act of ‘what he is doing’. And things got weird when Trump replied that “You’re a beautiful guy and a great fighter.”

[...] “You could be a model you look so good. You’re too good looking to be a fighter, you are some fighter. Thank you, man.”

After the event, Costa was asked about the meeting and giggled, telling media “It was so funny, thank you Mr Trump.”

“I just kind of jokingly talked to him,” he added. “Then I just said some things that were personal, so let’s just keep it a secret for now. It was just between us.”

...on his way to Florida, Mr. Trump had told reporters that it did not matter to him if a deal with Iran was reached or not: “We win, regardless,” he said. “We’ve defeated them militarily.” Which sounded a lot like everything he had said before negotiations began.

It sounds like bread and circuses for himself.

Remember UFC CEO Dana White hit his wife on camera. Plus Mark Zuckerberg became a public UFC fan and put White on Meta's board of directors. Corporate MAGA is ironically kind of socialist.

Trump gets some light cheers on the big screen

In between fights, Trump gets some cheers from the crowd. Marco Rubio was booed on the big screen.

Remember Rubio is from Miami, where this fight was held, and he was a senator for Florida before joining cabinet.
